Today Nikon has released a firmware upgrade for my Nikon D700 camera.
Here are the changes:
- The Auto white balance performance has been improved.
- There was added support for 64 GB of memory.
- When the ISO sensitivity settings> ISO sensitivity auto control (ISO sensitivity settings - Automatic control of ISO sensitivity) is set to On (On), the adjustment maximum sensitivity (maximum sensitivity) now indicated in increments of 1 / 3 EV, 1 / 2 EV or 1 EV according to user preference b1 sensitivity step value (Value for ISO sensitivity step).
- The time the camera waits before adjusting focus in response to sudden changes in distance to the subject can now be set to 5 (Long), 4, 3 (Normal), 2 and 1 (Short) (5 [Lang], 4, 3 [Normal], 2 and 1 [map]) in the user setting a4 Focus tracking with lock-on (Focus Tracking with Lock-On). - The screen turns off when the button is pressed AF-ON, and can now select a focus point using multi selector.
- Pressing the button MB-D10 AF-ON (with AF-ON selected for Custom Setting a10 AF-ON for MB-D10 [AF-ON for MB-D10]), turns off the screen now, and you can choose a focus point using the multi selector.
