In the old days (10 years ago) they used favorites, or bookmarks to save pages they visited often. You had your bookmarks on your computer at home and at work you had some others. Or you even had a laptop with you, but if it was stolen or broke lose your bookmarks.
So you could start using a service like Del.icio.us to share bookmarks with friends, and you got together to back them up. But you should still keep an eye out for coming updates.
Then in 2003 began to get RSS feeds , and there came simultaneously several different pages that could help you build your own personal page.
In 2005, its wholly RSS icon Feedicon . This icon was designed for the Firefox browser, and subsequently used by microsoft . Today, all blogs, newspapers and other media providers their own RSS feed with the top stories and latest gossip.
The contents of an RSS feed is blog posts without the surrounding site, see the RSS feed for this page . The feed from this blog and others can then be read by an RSS reader , perhaps a website you log on (Google / iGoogle), Outlook or Thunderbird and even your iPhone or Android phone may be used.
I use Google Reader as my primary source of reading my RSS feeds and have an app on my Android phone called Scope Reader can read the contents of my Google Reader account. So just when you have a spare moment you can follow the phone. Earlier I used iGoogle as your homepage, but I switched to Google Reader.
Darren Rowse from Problogger.net has written an article on RSS feeds and how to use them. So if you have not started using RSS, I recommend you to start.
So if you want to start now, you can start with my feed:
And here's my RSS feed of Danish photographers that I follow.

It was good info, I have not been properly put me into the RSS even though I use it.
Yes, many thanks from here.
I better start using this now - then again, many thanks for pieces of information and invitation to do something about it.
